HEPAC is not a union. It is a professional, non-profit organization that provides a strong, organized, effective voice for engineers and pilots across the country. HEPAC wants to work with all stakeholders who are looking for constructive change and positive, proactive solutions to help make our industry the best it can be.

Engineers and pilots are the front line workers. We have to deal with the implementation of various policies and procedures. We must show leadership and help shape those decisions.
